Returns, Exchanges, Refunds & Cancellations

RETURN POLICY

The Patriot Call has a 30-day return policy.  You may return an item or items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

Returned item(s) must be in their original condition and must not be laundered, altered, or worn beyond simply trying the product on, and not smell of any odors such as body odor, perfume, cologne, lotion, deodorant, etc.

Free return shipping – The Patriot Call will pay for return shipping.  Email The Patriot Call at Info@ThePatriotCall.com or through the contact page to notify The Patriot Call that you wish to return an item for a full refund.  Please write “Return” and your order number associated with the item in the subject line.  In the message, please inform The Patriot Call which item(s) from the order you wish to return.

The Patriot Call will email you a shipping label with instructions.

Please package the returning item(s) in the original package you received when the order arrived.  Please place the packing slip in the package.  Print out the shipping label and tape it over the original shipping label.

If you no longer have the packing slip, please inform The Patriot Call and one will be electronically provided to you to print out and place in the returning package.

If you no longer have the original packaging, that is fine.  You may use a package of your choice to return the item(s).  Please inform The Patriot Call in your email package dimensions.

All return shipping labels will be for the United States Postal Service.  Once you have repackaged your item(s) for return and placed the return shipping label on the package, you may place it in your mail box, hand deliver it to a USPS delivery employee, or take it to a U.S. Postal Office.

The Patriot Call will notify you via email when it has received your return.

You may ship your return using any carrier of your choice.  The Patriot Call recommends obtaining a tracking number for the return shipment to allow you to track and ensure the return is delivered to The Patriot Call.  The Patriot Call is not responsible for items it does not receive when it does not pay for shipping.

EXCHANGE POLICY

The Patriot Call will begin fulfilling and ship the new item(s) after it receives the returned item(s) for exchange.  Please allow up to two weeks to receive the new item(s) after The Patriot Call receives the returned item(s) for exchange.

If the new item(s) is of more value than the item(s) returned for exchange, The Patriot Call will charge you the difference.  If the new item(s) is of lessor value, The Patriot Call will issue you a refund for the difference.

REFUND POLICY

If the received return item(s) is deemed refundable, The Patriot Call will initiate a refund to the method of payment used to purchase the item.  Please allow 3 to 5 business days for The Patriot Call to initiate the refund and additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.  If you have not received a refund within 30 days of shipping your return item, please contact The Patriot Call.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS AND COMPANY ERRORS POLICY

If the ordered item you receive is defective, such as misprints or tears, or you received the wrong size/color than what you purchased, you may return and/or exchange the item within 30 days of receiving the item.  Contact The Patriot Call through the Contact Page on ThePatriotCall.com or emailing the company at Info@ThePatriotCall.com for any defective or erroneous items received.  Someone from The Patriot Call will contact you concerning the item.  The Patriot Call will provide you with a return shipping label to return the defective or erroneous item back to the company.

If you would like to simply return the item without an exchange, The Patriot Call will issue you a full refund.  If you would like to replace a defective or erroneous item with what you originally ordered, The Patriot Call will ship you free of charge a replacement item.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order at any time prior to the items being shipped.  To cancel your order, please contact The Patriot Call through the Contact Page on ThePatriotCall.com or emailing the company at Info@ThePatriotCall.com.

Upon order cancellation, you will receive an email notification that your order was successfully cancelled and your original method of payment will be refunded within five (5) business days.

If the order has shipped, The Patriot Call will email you a return label.  Please do not open the package.  Print out the return shipping label, tape it over the shipping label on the package, and give it to the U.S. Postal Service.  Once The Patriot Call receives the returned order, it will issue you a refund.

DISCLAIMER: ALL WARRANTIES CONCERNING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY DESCRIBED IN THIS WARRANTY BECOME VOID FOR MERCHANDISE THAT IS LOST, STOLEN, OR ABUSED.  THIS WARRANTY ONLY APPLIES TO MERCHANDISE PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM THE PATRIOT CALL OR THEPATRIOTCALL.COM.
